Simon Cowell buys $25 mn pad

Music mogul Simon Cowell has bought a $25 million pad in Malibu.

Cowell is in escrow on a 10,000 sq ft, seven-bedroom home on Pacific Coast Highway here. The house has ocean views, a pool and modern interior, reports tmz.com.

The house, which “looks more like a resort than a home”, also has a tennis court.

When Simon, who lives in London, comes to Los Angeles, his main home is in Beverly Hills. That cost him $15.5 million.
